Hi, I’m Lisa, a Senior Yoga Teacher, Breathwork Instructor and EFT practitioner, with over a decade of teaching experience.

I guide and support busy women and frazzled mums to slow down, soothe their nervous systems, and reconnect with who they really are, beneath the noise and chaos of life. We deserve to prioritise ourselves!

Together, we master nervous system regulation. We find comfort in our bodies, peace in our minds, and create space for stillness. Stillness is my gift to you. And greater self-acceptance is the result.
